I was not the one who went. I booked it for a family member. She didn't complain so I guess it was okay. Also, y'all need to not force people to pick an answer because all of mine are I DON'T KNOW. So these rating numbers and faces are not actually correct because I was not the one who went!!!

Our first night here they gave us a room that someone was already in. The second night was a crappy room and the 3rd night was the best room period . I don’t know who cleans but they need lessons . Mirrors are nasty bathrooms nasty . But the new lady is amazing

The room they gave me originally was on the second floor and I am handicapped and needed downstairs room and the staff made it happen which was very accommodating and appreciated. I was having surgery at 5am the next morning and I got there so late due to car trouble so I didn't get to enjoy any of the breakfast or any other amenities. I checked in laid down for about 2 hours then had to get right back up and leave for hospital.the towels were never even used.

The location from the event I traveled to attend and my family that lives in the area. I assumed (which I shouldn’t have) that since this property was in close proximity of the hospital it would have been in better condition. Lesson learned
